Do I need to book?

We do recommend bookings to help secure a spot. For late nights and weekends, booking two to four days in advance is recommended.


When should I arrive?

Arriving approximately five minutes before your treatment will allow you some time to unwind. If it is your first visit with us, your consultation will take about 10 minutes to complete.


What happens if I am late?

Arriving late will mean that your appointment time will be limited. Your treatment will still end on time so that our next client is not delayed. 


What if I need to rearrange my appointment?

Please give us 24 hours notice so we can accommodate your request. Cancellations made after this will incur a charge. Credit card details are required for bookings of more than an hour.


Is my gift voucher valid at all of your locations?

Yes, however we do run location specific promotions from time to time and this will be clearly stated on the voucher. 


Can I pay by EFTPOS or credit card?

Yes, we accept both modes of payment. However, please note that a bank levy applies when paying by  credit card.


Is there car parking?

Suva Central has two levels of paid public car parking and Sports City also has parking space.


Can we buy gift vouchers and skin care products online?
