1979
Indian-born Geeta Warid opens Primrose Beauty in Vanua Arcade in Suva, where she introduces Fijians to her milk baths and herbal concoctions that she makes herself at home
1987
Her daughter Pratibha joins the business and learns the ropes
2000
Geeta retires and Pratibha takes over the running of the business, introducing international skin care brands and new technologies
2004
Rebrands to Beauty Mantra and opens the Suva Central flagship
2005
Sports City Branch opens
2018
Pratibha’s daughter Nandika opens Malkia Beauty in Auckland, continuing her grandmother– and mother’s legacy of helping clients achieve great looking skin
2019
Beauty Mantra brings in state of the art dermal needling, medical grade laser and LED light therapies to Fiji
2020
We enter the new decade with a brand new look and 28-year-old engineer and former contemporary dancer Eleni Tabua as the face of Beauty Mantra.
